Dr ZEYNEP Kızıltepe received BA and MA from Boğaziçi University, and PhD from the University of Exeter. She worked in the Faculty of Education of Boğaziçi University for 24 years offering courses on educational psychology, classroom management, teaching methods, and some courses where with senior students she worked on motivation and demotivation, occupational stress of teachers, and faculty development. Dr. Kızıltepe held administrative positions such as Advisor to the Rector, Deputy Dean of the faculty of education, and Head of the Department. She founded a Teachers’ Academy at BÜYEM (Boğaziçi University Lifelong Education Center), where teacher training nationwide took place. Dr. Kızıltepe has various scientific articles and book chapters published in Turkey and abroad. She also has three books published in Turkey and abroad.
