General

  • What is TESUMMIT?
    TESUMMIT is one of the largest events for everyone involved in the field of education and teaching across the world. For three days, TESUMMIT will stream 8+ Teaching and Education Themes, consisting of workshops, presentations, panels and live Q&A sessions to inspire collaboration and to create a bridge that connects ideas and minds.
  • What will be the time zone of the Summit?
    TESUMMIT will stream in Central European Time (CET) time zone but replays will be available on-demand immediately for all attendees.
  • If we cannot join the summit due to time difference, how can we get access to the sessions?
    Regardless of your time zone, all attendees can watch presentations on-demand after the event. You will have the option to network with other attendees and speakers throughout the Summit days. Replays will be accessible through the Summit platform.
  • When can we find updated list of speakers, presentation topics, and program?
    The summit website is being constantly updated to inform details. So, stay tuned or make sure you don’t miss any updates by signing up to our Newsletter.
  • When will the TESUMMIT platform be accessible?
    The summit platform will be accessible prior to the event so you can edit or update your profile and create your own agenda based on the presentations. The official date will be announced closer to the event.

Tickets

  • How can I book a ticket?
    Tickets can easily be purchased from the tickets page available here.
  • What ticket type is for me?
    Three types of tickets are offered for joining TESUMMIT: Individual, School/Groups (Up to 10 delegates), and School/Groups (over 10 delegates). If you are planning to attend as a school, institution or a group, and you wish to have as much exposure as possible to attendees, then selecting the School/Groups category will be the best choice! We offer cost-effective packages for your school and staff/leadership teams with any size.
  • Can I upgrade my summit pass?
    To upgrade your ticket type contact us at info@tesummit.org.
  • Is there any one-day ticket available to purchase?
    No, all tickets are for the full three-day Summit.
  • If I customize the logo and link before the Summit?
    Yes, if you have purchased the Individual or the School/Groups ticket, you can edit or customize your details once the event platform is live and continue to make any further changes until it closes.
  • Can I get a refund if I’m not available anymore to attend?
    Tickets are only refundable within 24 hours after purchase. All purchases of online conference tickets are non-refundable in their entirety after the end of this period or immediately following your access to the online summit, services or any digital content. However, if you are not available to attend the summit, you will have access to replays for 6 months after the Summit.
  • How many attendees can join by one login detail?
    Only one user can get access to the platform for each ticket, there will not be the ability to share login credentials.
  • Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
    You may re-assign your ticket up to 48 hours before the summit.
