Beth Bakkar is a lecturer at the Lebanese University of Beirut. Her academic work focuses mainly on research in an English foreign language (EFL) and English second language (ESL) context; and the positive and negative impact of teaching EFL/ ESL students in the English Medium of Instruction in a Non-English language setting. Beth is an Australian who is currently residing in Beirut where she spends most of her spare time writing children's illustrated books.
