Jeanilyn E. Tacadena is the Program Head of the Elementary Education Program of University of Mindanao Panabo College. A graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education (2013), Master of Arts in Elementary Education (2016), Doctor of Philosophy major in Educational Leadership (2019). As a researcher, her research interest is in the field of Educational, Educational Leadership and Educational Management. In fact, she had several research presentations, publications and citations in International Journals and Conferences. She is also invited as reviewer and editor of Local, National and International Journals.
