Kelly Walsh is the CIO and CISO at The College of Westchester in White Plains, NY. He received his BS in Mathematics from Mercy College in 1986 and his MBA from Long Island University in 1995. In 2009, Walsh founded the popular website EmergingEdTech.com, where he writes and shares guest articles about emerging instructional technologies and student-centered learning. Walsh was recently recognized as a “Top 30 Higher Education IT Influencer” by EdTechMagazine and received a 2020 CIO Award from Info-Tech Research Group. Walsh pursues a lifelong passion for music and released the EP Keeping the Dream Alive in 2014
