Olga Dombrovska holds an MA degree in English Philology. She started as a language teacher in 2000 and from 2012 to 2020 held the position of Director of Studies at a language school in Kyiv. Within this period she got interested in Educational Psychology and started collaboration with the “Scientific Centre of ECRAL analysis” UNESCO Club on the development of teaching methodologies in the area of Educational Phycology, Psychology of Emotions, and Inclusive Education. In March 2020 she founded a teacher training project TOK training which provides training and methodological support to language teachers and teachers of other subjects.
