In her career span of 12 years, Shruti has worked with Preschools, Schools, NGOs, educational institutions in diverse roles, her enterprising spirit makes her unstoppable in continuity of contribution in whichever form and way she can to uplift and educate community about mindful learning as a foundation. Her work has been recognized by national and international organizations, and she has received various awards such as Karamveer Chakra bronze and silver Rex iCongo UN, Quality Mark Women Awards, Global Minded (Denver, Co, U.S.A). She is HighScope preschool curriculum certified. She continues to work tirelessly in pursuit of her passion for empowering schools and teachers in providing the best possible learning experiences for students.
