Dr. Susan Reily has worked with children in various positions from teacher to administrator for more than 20 years while providing professional development and supervision for current educators for the latter half of those years. Beginning in 2013; she transitioned to higher education where she has worked with future educators teaching courses in the area of language and literacy and leadership. Each semester, Dr. Reily researches the best approaches to meet the needs of teachers for implementing best practices. She is a life-long learner, achieving a masters in Curriculum and Instruction degree, a doctorate in Instructional Leadership, and acquiring additional graduate course hours in Early Childhood and Reading while teaching undergraduate students.
